Avraham Avinu! The FIRST “MISSIONARY?”
“Now the LORD said to Avram: “Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a Land where I will SHOW you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your Name great; and you shall be a blessing! I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in/through you all the families of the earth shall be blessed!” B’Reisheet/Genesis 12:1-3
Missionary 101: Be SENT by GOD! Not by man nor religious establishment!
Yes, our brave forefather Avraham was Hashem’s first Missionary with a capital “M” and I aspire to be like him! Unafraid to follow GOD to the Place where He will show Me that I may be blessed to be a blessing as I trust and stand daily on His Promises!
A Missionary is one who has received Vision, Instruction and Truth from YHVH, the One true God! And NOT from men or any religion!
Though there have been many missionaries/emissaries sent out from almost every religion on the earth, including Judaism, God has had only a few true Missionaries whom He Himself sent forth, just as He sent forth Avraham to a Land where He had planned to SHOW him; initially for himself (Lech Lecha) and then for all the nations! Avram through his faith and radical belief in God, became Avraham a father of many Nations! Israel is also destined to be a spiritual father/priestly nation to all the nations on the face of the earth, but first there must be Repentance, there must be FAITH, and there must be TRUTH!
There are those out there who have threatened my friends that they would be stigmatized as “Missionaries” if they continue to host me in events, concerts and the likes, but how absurd! Isn’t every Jew called to be a “Missionary” from Hashem? Doesn’t every Jew have a calling to be a “Light” to the nations? Then how come the less than wise “leaders” out there are using that word “Missionary” as a weapon to create fear, Stigma and shame?
If they were truly enlightened then shouldn’t they be out there teaching the World God’s Ways! That’s the calling of a Jew, you know…that’s what’s written, that is why Hashem chose the Israelites, to be a Kingdom of Ministers and a Holy Nation, a people who would teach the world His Ways and through whom the inhabitants of the earth would be blessed with TRUTH! But since Jews, for the most part, have NOT stepped up to their calling and have rejected the very WAY/Derech of God that leads us through the Mercy Seat and Atonement and into the Holy of Holies, which enables us to become a true Kingdom of Priests/Cohanim and a Light to all nations, Jews have had to unfortunately deal with Torah-less “missionaries” of the nations who had no vision and who were never sent by Hashem to the Jews! Folks whenever we don’t step up to the call of God on our lives and do what we are born to do, others will raise themselves up and replace us, even if their ways fall short of the Truth, to remind you and me of what we are supposed to be doing and “being!” We are called to be leaders by WAY of the complete TORAH and Words of the Prophets! We’ve been shown the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE! We must humble ourselves before it is TOO LATE!
First, we must possess, live and breathe TRUTH in order to teach TRUTH! And so since the majority has NOT acquired the very TRUTH that is able to equip, inspire and set them free to be all that Hashem has called them to be; they are left with no other tactic but to threaten and cause you to fear the Reality of the TRUTH of GOD that is here for all of us to acquire so that we may ALL begin to be a Light in the midst of darkness! And it’s only going to get darker my friends for the famine of hearing the WORD of GOD that was prophesied by Amos has begun! Many are famished, and malnourished because they are NOT hearing the WORD of God!
“Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord YHVH, “that I will send a famine on the Land, not a famine of Bread, nor thirst for water, but of HEARING THE WORDS OF YHVH.” Amos 8:11
Though I’ve never ‘missionarized’ anyone (according to their understanding of a missionary) since I myself was never missionarized by anyone but it is Hashem Himself Who revealed HIMSELF to me and taught me all I know and gave me IDENTITY; therefore I’ve always believed that TRUTH should also be discovered for and by oneself and not forced upon by anyone whatsoever, nevertheless, they have posted my name all over the internet as a “Missionary!”
Well, to whom it may concern, do know that it is a “Missionary” with a capital M, thank you; sent by YHVH, in the likeness of Avraham Avinu, and for your record I am NOT ashamed of the TRUTH that has set me FREE to be what I was BORN to be, A Minister unto GOD for Israel and for the Nations! If I Am a Missionary then I AM on a MISSION from GOD! No one else sent me, and YHVH is my Shield and my GREAT REWARD!
And to those who have asked me: “So what are you and what side are you on?” The Answer: “I am a child of the Living God; I am on the side of TRUTH and I am not on the side of either Judaism nor Christianity nor any other religion for that matter; for ALL have fallen short of God’s Whole TRUTH!”
“And it came to pass, when Yehoshua (Joshua) was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His Sword drawn in His hand. And Yehoshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?” So He said, “No, for as Minister of YHVH’s Army have I NOW come!” And Yehoshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and said to Him, “What does my my lord/master speak to His servant?” Then the Minister/Commander of the Army of Hashem said to Yehoshua, “Take your sandal off your foot, for the Place (HaMakom) where you are standing is HOLY!” And Yehoshua did so!” Joshua 5:13-15
